Trinity Mirror plc, the UK's largest newspaper publisher,
announces that it has sold the Sunday Business Post, based in Dublin, to Thomas
Crosbie Holdings Limited for approximately Euros 10 million subject to
adjustment to reflect cash and working capital at completion, payable in cash on
completion. The disposal is subject to the approval of the Minister for
Enterprise, Trade and Employment.
The sales proceeds will be used to pay down group borrowings.
