The Board of Trinity Mirror today announces that by mutual consent Ric Piper will not be joining the Board as Finance Director. Vijay Vaghela, Director of Accounting and Treasury, will continue to oversee the accounting, finance and treasury functions of Trinity Mirror, reporting directly to the Board, pending the appointment of a new Finance Director.
