Trinity Mirror announced today that Bruce Waddell has been
appointed as Editor of the Daily Record. He succeeds Peter Cox who has left the
company.
Bruce Waddell, 44, is currently Editor of the Scottish
Sun.
Mark Hollinshead, Managing Director Daily Record and Sunday Mail
Ltd., said: "Bruce has enormous experience in Scotland and has a deep
understanding of the marketplace. I am delighted he is joining our team.
