Trinity Mirror plc announces today the acquisition of Smart
Media Services Ltd, the owner of smartnewhomes.com, the UK's leading internet
marketing portal for new-build homes.
Trinity Mirror acquired Smart Media Services for an initial
consideration of £11.3 million and a deferred consideration based on future
earnings capped to a maximum of £5.3 million, all of which will be satisfied in
cash and loan notes.
