Trinity Mirror plc announces today that it has agreed to sell
the South London Press, North London and Herts Newspapers and the Yellow
Advertiser, which form part of its regional business in London and the South
East, for £18.75 million in cash representing a multiple of 0.84 x 2006
revenues.
The businesses, comprising 27 titles, are being acquired by
Tindle Newspapers
Ltd.
Ltd.
Trinity Mirror was advised by Rothschild in connection with this
sale.
