Trinity Mirror plc today announces that following an agreement
on 1 August 2007, allowing Tindle Newspapers Ltd to acquire a number of assets
in London and the South East, the sale of those businesses has been
completed.
The businesses include the South London Press, North London
& Herts Newspapers, and the Yellow Advertiser.
