Jane Lighting to join the Board as a non-executive director

Trinity Mirror is pleased to announce that Jane Lighting will join the Board as a non-executive director on Wednesday 2^nd January 2008.

 

Jane, is Chief Executive of Five, the UK's fifth terrestrial channel. Prior to joining Five in 2003 Jane was Chief Executive of Flextech plc. Jane is the Chair and a Fellow of the Royal Television Society, Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and until recently was Governor, National Film and Television School.

 

Sir Ian Gibson, Chairman of Trinity Mirror plc, commented: "We are delighted that Jane is joining the Trinity Mirror Board. She brings a wealth of experience from a broad media background which will enrich our organisation."
