At the Annual General Meeting of Trinity Mirror plc (the 'Company') held today at 11:30 am at the Hilton London Canary Wharf, all resolutions were put to the meeting and approved on a poll.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.2, two copies of the resolutions passed at the meeting, other than resolutions concerning ordinary business, have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the Financial Service Authority's Document Viewing Facility.
