Trinity Mirror has every reason to celebrate its success after winning an unprecedented fifth consecutive ROSPA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents) Occupational Health and Safety Award.
The prestigious Gold Medal award was presented at a special ceremony held at the NEC in Birmingham on Tuesday 12 May 2009. Commenting on the award David Hoy, Group Health and Safety Manager, said "this is a remarkable achievement, especially when the number of staff relocations, refurbishment projects and challenging economic conditions are taken into account".
