Enforcement Activity

There were nine visits to our premises by health and safety enforcement officers in 2009, which is the same number as in the previous two years. These visits were all intended to verify that the Company was meeting its statutory duties for health and safety and in each case where the need for follow up action was identified it was promptly taken. No enforcement action of any kind was required.
