November was a record month for Mirror Online, breaching 92 million monthly unique browsers for the first time, and helping Trinity Mirror’s national digital portfolio to a record month with over 100 million unique browsers.
The ‘Trump effect’ drove record traffic to the Mirror’s politics content, with visitors to the site on November 9th over double the daily average, setting a new record high.
‘I’m a Celebrity…’ won the battle of the TV shows, beating the X Factor for reader interest, but neither could come close to the draw of The Donald.
Pete Picton, Editorial Director for Mirror Online, said, “November has been a record month for the Mirror Online and Trinity Mirror’s wider national digital portfolio. To cross the 100 million unique browsers mark is a fantastic milestone which drives home our position as the go-to source for breaking news.”
